Travel anywhere in Munich with MVV on your birthday for FREE
You must be asking why free on my birthday? Because MVV is turning 50 and they want you to feel special on your birthday too.
For the next twelve months (28th April 2022 – 27th April 2023), the lucky celebrant can travel for free in the entire MVV network on his/her special day.
I mean, Munich, if you are giving a free ride, how about extending it to anyone traveling with the birthday person too? I ain’t partying alone for free - Nah-uh!
Anyway, you can find more information here.
The 9-euro ticket is coming to save you money this summer

I know, you might have heard about this deal already but for some folks, it is still new. I am not going to bore you with this news. You‘ll find a quick summary in English here
Here’s the most important information about this ticket that you might not know: It applies to all forms of public transport, including trams, buses, underground, S-Bahn trains, and RB regional trains, but not ICE, IC, and EC trains, Flix trains, and Flix buses. Plus, the offer is only valid for three months (June, July, and August).
It’s time to take that dip you were missing, again
Summer is closer than you think: Outdoor swimming pool season has already begun – without any specific Covid rules! Can you imagine? Not sure about you, but I definitely missed the SWM pool’s chlorine smell.
But you know what’s even better news? There are no restrictions on the number of visitors. Remember how we had to reserve and then show up? No more – now you can simply walk in and enjoy.
Here's a tip if you like Indian/Pakistani food: after your swim, eat at Shehr-e-Pubjab’s Cholay Batoray, (Leopoldstr 43 089 33 02 9660) it will make up for the hard work you did. There’s a special feeling to this place. (I’m a Pakistani and can guarantee you that it’s worth it.)

Vegan lovers, this is for you
The Gratitude: It’s Mediterranean. It’s vegan. It’s finger-licking mouthwatering food.
So, I’ve been to this place three times already.
First, it’s a nice date place. Second, the food is authentic. Third, the food even looks beautiful.
It is a bit expensive, though.
The small menu makes your life easy but the quality is guaranteed. The place is cozy and intimate, and the staff, warm and friendly
I can recommend it to everyone no matter what your dietary preference. You will be grateful you did!
